There are many kinds of automobile oil pipe joints. The commonly used pipe joints can be divided into two types: hard pipe joints and hose joints. According to the connection mode of pipe joint and pipe, there are three types of hard pipe joint: flared type, ferrule type and welded type, and the hose joint is mainly the buckle type rubber pipe joint.
In the hydraulic system, the connection methods of oil pipes and pipe joints are also different. The screw in end of the pipe adopts the connection thread. Taper thread is mainly used in medium and low pressure hydraulic system by virtue of its own vertebral body tightening and sealing operation with PTFE and other substances.
The sealing effect of fine thread is very good. It is often used in high-pressure systems, but it needs to use a combination washer or O-ring to seal the end face. Sometimes, red copper washer is also used. It is more suitable for pipes with thick connecting pipe wall. Its components mainly include joint body, connecting pipe and nut.
When in use, the joint body is embedded in the target, and the gasket mentioned above is used to seal the end face. The rubber seal is used between the joint body and the connecting pipe, and sometimes the spherical seal is used.
