Commonly used plastic materials for toy products include: PA nylon, POM Saigang, PC bulletproof adhesive, PET, ABS, PE polyethylene, PMMA acrylic, PS polystyrene, PVC, PP polypropylene, which we also learned last semester. The main material used in the enamel molding process is PVC.
The basic principle of the toy enamel process is to mix the evenly mixed color paste into the PVC slurry, stir it evenly, and then pour it into the beating barrel, adjust the beating amount to the required weight, use the glue gun to inject the enamel slurry into the enamel mold, push the prototype iron frame of the lined mold, that is, the whole plate of the enamel mold, into the enamel furnace for fixing, and heat the mold evenly in the furnace. The PVC material is a thermosetting material, and at a certain temperature, After 6-10 minutes, the PVC slurry in the mold is solidified to form the required enamel parts, and then the enamel parts are pulled out.
>> Technological process of enamel process:
1. Manually copy a mud sample according to the prepared hand board or product design drawings
2. After the mud sample is confirmed to be qualified, the silica gel mold shall be made into silica gel mold
3. Introduce wax into the silica gel mold, and form a wax sample after cooling. This wax sample is 1.08 times the size of the rubber part
4. Put the wax sample into the electrolytic cell for electroplating and make the mold seed
5. The pond system shall be carried out by borrowing the mold species. A certain number of rubber parts are the so-called mold seed coat
6. Because the production volume of enamel is generally large and the enamel mold has a certain life span, a certain number of enamel molds are required for production. The mold seed coat is put into the electrolytic cell for batch electroplating. The electroplating mold is the production mold.

The enamel process is generally used to process toy dolls (usually hollow, but also solid). Some of the products produced by the enamel are the whole body of the toy dolls, and some are only part of the body or accessories of the toy dolls (such as the head, limbs, etc.)
