Metal stamping parts are mainly formed by stamping metal or non-metal sheets through stamping dies with the help of the pressure of the press. It mainly has the following characteristics:

⑴ metal stamping parts are produced by stamping and forging on the premise of low material consumption. Their parts are light in weight and good in rigidity. After plastic deformation, the internal organization structure of the metal is improved, so that the strength of metal stamping parts is improved.

(2) the hardware stamping parts have high dimensional accuracy, the same size with the module, and good interchangeability. General assembly and use requirements can be met without further machining.

⑶ during the stamping process, the metal stamping parts have good surface quality and smooth and beautiful appearance because the surface of the material is not damaged, which provides convenient conditions for surface painting, electroplating and other surface treatment.

Feature application

Metal stamping parts are the production technology of product parts with the help of the power of conventional or special stamping equipment, so that the sheet metal is directly subjected to the deformation force and deformed in the mold, so as to obtain a certain shape, size and performance. Sheet metal, die and equipment are the three elements of stamping processing. Stamping is a kind of metal cold deformation processing method. There are also a large number of metal stamping parts in instruments, tail gas purifier, household appliances, office machines, safekeeping utensils and other products. Stamping is an efficient production measure. Compound die is adopted, and the exception is multi position progressive die, which can complete multiple stamping technical operations on a press and complete the automatic generation of materials. The production speed is fast, the rest time is long, and the production cost is low. The collective can produce hundreds of pieces per minute, which is loved by many processing plants.
