Coating characteristics
It has high chemical stability, excellent abrasion performance and corrosion resistance, and low friction coefficient and good self lubrication.
It can improve the lubricity performance of products, which has non adhesion, low friction coefficient, abrasion performance, damage resistance, corrosion resistance, lubrication, non-Sticking , electro conductivity , electrostatic prevention effect, thermal conductivity, noise reduction effect and so on.
Coating properties
1. Friction factor : friction coefficient of the coatings are 0.04 ~ 0.08
(the coefficient of friction between stainless steel is 0.25)
2. The coating biological :coating is nontoxic and non corrosive. It meets the standards of FDA, ISO10993 and ROHS.
3. Corrosion resistance: salt spray test 48 ~ 300H
4, working temperature: under normal pressure: -220 C ~ 400 C
5. The thickness of the coating : 5~10 microns
6. The hardness of the coating : HV300 to HV800
