Process principle:
After a certain amount of BMC molding material is loaded into the mold, the mold is processed to a certain temperature and pressure, and the BMC molding material plasticizes, flows and fills the mold cavity. At the same time, BMC molding material has cross-linking and agglomeration reaction to form a three-dimensional structure to obtain the expected products. In the whole pressing process, the process of pressurization, shaping and heat preservation depends on the closure of the heated die.
