FAQ
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It’s up to the quantity. Generally it’s one week ~four weeks.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For small Moulds or tooling cost, generally it’s 100% paid in advance; For big mould or tooling cost is 50% paid in advance, balance paid after getting approval of samples.
For products: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
