Production of electric welding tongs with DMC material (BMC material) features:
(1) High temperature resistance of insulation parts of DMC material (BMC material) electrode holder: since the thermal deformation temperature of glass fiber material of DMC material (BMC material) is 240 ℃, the insulation parts of BMC electrode holder can maintain good rigidity at high temperature and can be used for a long time at 150 ℃. Moreover, it has excellent low temperature resistance and can also be used at – 30 degrees. It will not cause embrittlement at low temperature and softening at high temperature.
(2) Excellent mechanical properties of insulation parts of DMC welding tongs: due to the high mechanical properties of BMC composites (bending strength of 100mpa-140mpa), the mechanical properties of molded insulation products are also very excellent
(3) BMC composite electric welding tongs insulation parts are resistant to chemical corrosion and anti-aging: as BMC composites are excellent corrosion resistant materials, insulation products are highly resistant to chemical corrosion, and BMC glass fiber welding torch insulation parts have long service life.
(4) DMC composite electrode holder insulation parts have good flame retardant performance: DMC composite has high flame retardant grade, which can promote American UL certification.
(5) DMC composite electrode holder handle has high insulation stability: BMC composite is also an excellent insulating material, and its electrical performance breakdown voltage is more than 12kV / mm.
