Handbrake, drift handbrake
Working principle of hydraulic handbrake: cut off the oil pipe leading to the rear brake, connect the oil inlet of the hydraulic handbrake pump at the front end and the oil outlet at the rear end. When you step on the foot brake, the brake oil flows through the hand brake pump we later installed and acts on the four wheels as before; When you pull up the hydraulic handbrake, the hydraulic pump will only act on the rear wheels, and the brake oil of the brake master cylinder is separated from the front and rear brakes (some front drive brakes are cross distributed, that is, the left front and right rear are one cycle, and the right front and left rear are another cycle, which is difficult to say, You'd better find the master of the repair shop to help you before refitting). It is certain that the mark 505 is in the form of front rear separation.
It's better to choose metal tubing, rubber tubing or elastic tubing, which will damage your braking effect. -
racing modified handbrake
Principle of refitting hydraulic handbrake:
The professional name of the hand brake is the auxiliary brake. Different from the principle of the brake, it is connected to the rear brake shoe with a steel wire cable to brake the car. Long term use of the handbrake will cause plastic deformation of the steel wire. Because this deformation is unrecoverable, long-term use will reduce the utility and increase the travel of the handbrake.
The return spring is also used with the handbrake. When the hand brake is pulled up, the spring is elongated; The handbrake is released and the spring returns to its original length. When the handbrake is used for a long time, the spring will also deform accordingly.
Test:
1、 Listen to the "click" sound while pulling the car handbrake until the handle is pulled to the end, and then calculate the position of 70% of the total sound. This position is the effective working point of the car handbrake.
2、 Generally, the normal position is between five and seven squares. Then, check the efficiency of the car handbrake, that is, to see if the handbrake can work effectively.
3、 Drive the car to the slope with large slope and good road condition, step on the brake pedal, shift to neutral, pull the car hand brake to the working point just determined, and slowly release the brake pedal. If the car does not slide, it indicates that the hand brake has good efficiency. Or the car will slide slightly, but the sliding distance is very small, and the efficiency of the handbrake is normal.
4、 Uphill and downhill should be done once respectively. If it is found that the braking efficiency or sensitivity of the car hand brake is not ideal, it can be solved by adjusting the pull wire of the hand brake. You'd better not do it yourself. You should go to the maintenance shop as soon as possible and hand it over to professional maintenance personnel. -
Refit the rotary knob type of hydraulic hand brake proportional valve distributor distribution valve
The distribution valve controls the inflation and exhaust of the acting air cylinder according to the pressure change in the train pipe, and realizes the braking, pressure maintaining or release of the locomotive through the action of the directional valve and the acting valve. The importance of the distribution valve in the air brake is the same as the human heart. In case of failure, the function of the air brake of the whole vehicle will be completely invalid, and the driving safety will not be guaranteed. -
